Deposit

A $300.00 deposit is required to reserve your charter. Place your deposit on an available date via PayPal by clicking ''Add to Cart'' or on the Rates page; or you may send your deposit via check or money order to:

The balance payment for the charter is due at the dock prior to sailing in the form of CASH. PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The captain is solely responsible for the decision to sail. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe sea conditions, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to another available charter date at your request.

In the event you decide to cancel or rebook, you must do so 14 days or more prior to scheduled charter date.
- If the trip cannot be rebooked, the deposit may be subject to forfeit.
- All cancellations due to weather will be made at the discretion of the captain.
- All no-shows the day of the charter will be charged the full amount of the scheduled trip.

- Ice chests for food and beverages will be provided by the captain.
- Texas fishing license, food, beverages, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, towels, camera.

Licensed captain, safety gear, bait, ice, all necessary fishing gear and tackle.
- Live bait is available at an additional charge.
- FUEL IS NOT INCLUDED IN FISHING PACKAGE PRICES.

NOTE: Fish cleaning services are available upon request.
